We all love the New Year! It gives us the chance to start over and create new goals. And every new year we set ourselves up for failure by making resolutions based on a vacation, getting beach ready, or losing a certain amount of weight for the satisfaction of a lower number. 

But what we also know is that every year we attempt the same resolution and we make it a week, maybe two tops, and then we've lost our motivation.
